  10. Double Click on NoAutoUpdate Key and change its value to 0 or 1
  11. Click Ok
  12. Restart your computer/laptop
It will disable automatic updates on Windows 10 permanently. However, you can update Windows OS manually from Windows Settings > Update & Security > Click on Update.
